A Method to Distinguish Coding and Non-Coding DNA

coding and non-coding DNA
DNA sequences are the store houses of complex genetic information. In higher level organisms, majority of the DNA portion is composed of non-coding sequences. Many scientists believe that these non-coding sequences may help in gene regulation. Recently scientists developed a measurement model using variant maps and probability measurements to distinguish coding and non-coding sequences in visual representations.
