The system biological approach in
human cytomegalovirus study, the gene-gene interaction of viral genes with
human genes and influenza causing genes. This approach helps to find thepotential drug targets against human cytomegalovirus. Further this system biologicalapproach is used to analyse the active genes that cause the infection, and
these genes are used as a target to prevent the spread of infection. Ontology
analysis was done for these active genes to analyse associated biological
process and molecular function by clueGO plugin.
